 To compliment our work with our clients to build effective management teams and execute their organizational mission with excellence we at the Appalachian Group have established the Center for Leadership and Organizational Research (CFLOR). CFLOR's mission is to study how leadership and accountability in organizations impact their ability to effectively execute their organizational strategy. We are in the design process of this program at the present time. We will use this website as a place to communicate findings, solicit individuals and organizations to volunteer to participate in our research, and to present our thoughts in general. This is all in development and it will take some time to get everything going with everything else we are doing here at the Appalachian Group. In the meantime, I will post as often as I can in my blog (jerrytice.appalachiangrp.com or jerrytice.wordpress.com) about issues with organizational execution that we run across on a daily basis. |
